Hello and welcome to my web site.

I recently completed my Intellectual Property and Employment Law LL.M at Nottingham Law School for which I achieved a Pass with Distinction.  

I chose an interesting mix of electives for my LL.M: Health & Employment, EC Employment, Sport & Employment, Principles of Business Regulation, IP & Sport, IP Public Health & Medical Innovation.  

I am now studying CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management and am looking to move into a more HR specific role.  My strengths are people management and I have a particular interest in managing conflict in the workplace.

I am keen to assist companies experiencing difficulties managing absenteeism or dealing with disciplinaries and grievances.  In addition, I can assist with motivation and reward management as well as succession planning and appraisals.
